摘要

目的儿童出血热发病率和病死率低[1]，临床表现不典型，超期率高，早期易误诊。在中国，关于儿童HFRS的报道很少。本文报道一例以第一眼睑水肿为主要症状的儿童肾综合征出血热(HFRS)，以提高临床医生对该病的认识，减少误诊。
