Adolescent population refers to the group between the ages of 11 and 18. In this scale of age, teenager develop rapidly both physically and mentally, psychological problems are very easy to occur. However, teenager lack the experience of coping with psychological problems correctly, which causes serious negative effects in many sectors. Discussing the influence of adolescents' own factors, native family and campus life on the psychological factors of adolescents is able to help provide a basis for the development of adolescents' mental health protection and intervention measures. The results on this research show that parents' educational methods for adolescents and the relationship between family members are the main factors affecting the mental health of adolescents. \"Primary caregiver does not interfere too much with teens\", \"Primary caregiver punishes youth in a way that does not make youth uncomfortable\" are protective factors for mental health. Primary caregivers do not show sufficient respect for teens, poor relationships with other family members are risk factors for teens' mental health. The factors causing the psychological problems of adolescents are diverse and the negative impact of adolescents’ mental health is more serious. Parents should adjust their unreasonable educational concepts, and family members should create a good family atmosphere for teenagers to improve their happiness.
