摘要

本文对员工心理因素对全面质量管理实践的影响进行了实证研究。本文采用扫描电镜技术对上海市制造业的问卷调查数据进行分析。结果表明,质量意识、员工能力、质量态度和员工兴趣对TQM实施有显著的正向影响,标准化回归权重分别为0.772、0.720、0.539和0.666。员工的感受对TQM实践的影响不显著。
