We conducted a structural survey inside and outside the premises of the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. We then applied a structural equation model to the results of the survey, in order to gauge studentś perceptions of the quality of the various offerings of these institutions.
