It is applied to the ship route supervision of Wuhan port and Waterway Bureau at work. The results show that the system can realize real-time positioning, speed measurement, precise timing, ship to ship, ship monitoring center and authorized mobile phone short message two-way communication without relying on other communication technology. Realization of ship route supervision platform system based on Beidou short message communication
