Based on the results of research on the results of t test, t arithmetic for price and service quality is greater than t table, it can be concluded there are some positive influence and significant price on customer satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of service quality customer satisfaction. F test results are larger F table. 摘要

自然资源是生命的宝贵资产,必须妥善管理,才能过上美好的生活。本研究是基于经常发生的死水和消费者投诉,管理者较少回应。本研究旨在探讨价格与服务品质对巴淡社区卫生中心洁净水使用者满意度的影响。本研究的对象是用水者。研究的目的是确定自变量和因变量之间是否存在部分和同时的影响。抽样技术采用非概率抽样方法,研究样本数量多达111个应答者。技术分析采用多元线性回归分析。根据研究结果对t检验的结果,t算法对于价格和服务质量的影响大于t表,可以得出价格对顾客满意有一定的正向影响且显著,服务质量对顾客满意有正向显著的影响。F检验结果为较大的F表。由此可以得出,价格和服务质量这两个变量同时对企业绩效有显著的正向影响。
