This study aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and ownership structure on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Regression analysis method is employed to examine the relationship between these variables and financial performance, measured through financial ratios such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Data is collected from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during a specific period. The results of the analysis indicate a significant impact of institutional ownership on company financial performance. Higher institutional ownership tends to correlate positively with better financial performance. Conversely, the influence of managerial ownership is not as significant on financial performance. However, ownership structure proves to be a crucial factor; more diversified ownership patterns tend to be positively associated with financial performance. In the context of manufacturing companies in Indonesia, this research provides insights into the factors that can affect corporate financial performance. The implication is that increasing institutional ownership and adopting a diversified ownership structure can be beneficial strategies for companies to achieve better financial performance. Nonetheless, company management needs to consider the complex dynamics of the market and business environment while making decisions regarding ownership and financial performance

This study was done to investigate how the macroeconomic environment affects stock returns. Whereas sampling is based on the research criteria, the population of the study consists of financial organizations registered in LQ45. A number of analyses, including descriptive analysis, traditional presumptions, and hypothesis testing (t test, f test, and r square test), are used in the data processing approach. According to the analysis test, while inflation and interest rates have an impact on stock returns, it is not statistically significant. In contrast, the stock return has a considerable impact on the currency rate. The three independent variables have a considerable impact on stock returns when tested together.

Shares are proof that investors have an interest in the company. The company's stock price always fluctuates. Many factors cause the stock price of a company to fluctuate. In this study, the company used as the object of research was PT Hexindo Adiperkasa, Tbk. The data used as research material was data on the company's stock price in September, which was 1 week before the date and 1 week after the ex date. Because September is the time when the opportunity for potential investors or investors to own shares of issuers in order to get profits in the form of dividends. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the share price of issuers before the date has increased, because many potential investors or investors have made requests to buy shares. However, during the ex date and a few days after the ex date, the company's stock price declined. This is because many investors make offers or sales of shares. The number of investors who make offers or sells shares is more than the demand for buying shares, conditions like this cause a decrease in stock prices

Stock investing is a risky subject that requires hedging, but this is rarely questioned in the Indonesian stock index. The goal of this study is to create a stock portfolio using principal components to develop orthogonal components in the Indonesian LQ45 index for hedging purposes. The research method used time series over a five-year period from 2017 to 2021. From different cumulative returns, daily returns, and risk profiles, four components were created with total extracted variance of 84% and KMO of 90%. With a 95% confidence interval, the results are also statistically different. The hypothetical portfolio constructed from the four components produced an excellent hedge profile based on the sharpe ratio, with negative stock performance counterbalanced by positive stock performance.

Mushroom business in Indonesia has very good prospects, Kubang village is one of the areas for oyster mushroom cultivation. While the oyster mushroom cultivation business in Kubang Village, Pauh Subdistrict, Padang City still does not meet customer demand and the strategy applied is still fairly manual. To solve these problems, the researchers took a qualitative approach with collecting techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The analysis technique used is swot analysis. From the results obtained, it was found that the oyster mushroom cultivation business of the Limau Manih Prosperous group has the best strategy, namely the growth and four other strategies that can be applied to the SO (growth) strategy, namely giving bonuses to each customer and retaining old customers and expanding market segments such as stalls. eat, supermarket. Maintaining an affordable price with this could be one of the reasons consumers are attracted to mushrooms. ST strategy (diversification) is to diversify products, to innovate to address consumer tastes. The WO (stability) strategy is to take advantage of the role of technology, and create opportunities to make their own raw materials. In order to gain from their stock investments, investors frequently attempt to pay close attention to fluctuations in stock prices on a planned basis. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how inflation and interest rates affect stock prices at publicly traded consumer products companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling was utilized as the sampling method in this study, and 10 companies were eligible to participate. The F test results indicate a substantial effect, which means that both inflation and interest rates simultaneously affect stock prices in a way that makes it possible to examine the regression model used in this study. The results, partially using the t test, indicate.

This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic religious holidays on stock returns in the Indonesian Capital Market. Islamic holidays in Indonesia consist of Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Isra Miraj, Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW and the Hijri New Year. The study used a different test, with a non-parametric Wilcoxon signed rank test because the data were not normally distributed. The research data uses the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) for the period 2006 to 2021. The test results show that Islamic religious holidays in Indonesia have no effect on the capital market. For further research, it is recommended to also examine the impact on trading volume and stock prices, to test whether Islamic religious holidays really have no effect on the Indonesian Capital Market. Keywords: Analysis, Effect, Holidays Islam, Stock Return, Indonesian Capital Market
