This study used 3,775 middle school students from the KSRYC(Korean Survey on the Right of Youth and Children in 2016) data of the National Youth Policy Institute of Korea. The moderating effects was verified using PROCESS macro. The main results of the research are summarized as follows. First, female was statistically significantly more likely to experience discrimination, Second, discrimination victimization experience perceived by adolescents had significance effect on suicidal ideation. Third, parents’ or guardians’ respect for children's opinions shows moderating effect on suicidal ideation. According to the result, discrimination victimization experience perceived by adolescents and parents’ or guardians’ respect for children's opinions were suggested that important factors on suicidal ideation in adolescent.
