摘要

本文针对标准件使用杂乱、人工分发量大、分发效率低、无法实现标准件信息化管理、自动分发和标准化使用等问题。根据物流对象的结构和智能物流技术的发展方向,开发了基于分布式智能自动售货机的产品装配领域标准件智能配送系统。该系统能够实时、准确地交付产品装配所需的标准件,有效地解放了标准件物流配送过程中的劳动力,实现了产品装配标准件的标准化使用、信息化管理和智能配送,提高了产品装配领域的智能制造水平。
