摘要

本研究旨在:(1)考察和分析薪酬和智力资本对工作满意度的影响;(2)考察和分析薪酬和智力资本对员工绩效的影响;(3)考察和分析工作满意度对员工绩效的影响;(4)通过工作满意度考察和分析薪酬和智力资本对员工绩效的影响。本研究使用的原始数据是通过对335名员工的调查作为样本,总共有2.076名员工。采用结构方程建模(SEM)程序对数据进行分析。结果表明:(1)薪酬和智力资本对工作满意度有正向显著影响;(2)薪酬和智力资本对员工绩效有正向显著影响;(3)工作满意度对员工绩效有正向显著影响;(4)薪酬和智力资本通过工作满意度对员工绩效有正向显著影响
