The aim of this study is to understand how the Code of Ethics for State Civil Servants is regulated and implemented in the Bengkulu City Government. It aligns with one of the areas of change outlined in the 2020-2024 bureaucratic reform roadmap, which focuses on improving the mindset of Indonesian state civil servants. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which involves case studies and in-depth research within a specific unit. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that several factors hinder the effective implementation of the Code of Ethics among State Civil Servants in Bengkulu City. These factors include a lack of understanding of the regulations, insufficient recognition for exemplary employees, leniency in enforcing disciplinary sanctions, declining employee discipline, and inadequate supervision

Compliance with hand hygiene activities is an important aspect in maintaining patient health, preventing the spread of nosocomial infections, and improving nursing clinical practice standards. This study aims to analyze the level of compliance with the implementation of hand hygiene activities by nurses in several inpatient service units. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach involving a sample of nurses from several inpatient rooms. Data was collected through direct observation of the practice of 5 moments of hand hygiene as well as a questionnaire regarding compliance procedures for implementing hand hygiene activities. The results of the study showed that the level of compliance with the implementation of the 5 moments hand hygiene activities among inpatient room nurses was 94% for the moments before carrying out aseptic procedures, with almost all service units achieving a high level of compliance. Meanwhile, the moment before contact with the patient was 87%. Factors that influence compliance include knowledge, attitudes, accessibility of hand hygiene facilities, available time, and organizational culture. This research provides deeper insight into the obstacles faced by nurses in maintaining compliance with the implementation of hand hygiene activities. The results of this research can be used as a basis for developing interventions aimed at increasing and maintaining compliance with the implementation of hand hygiene activities, including training, supervision and facility improvements

The Public Service Policy for Land Certification can be said to be a new breakthrough in the field of public services, because the method used to provide services is by visiting the community. The community will be served at a place agreed upon by the local land office and sub-district office. In general regarding land registration, the government has issued Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. This government regulation is a refinement of Government Regulation Number 10 of 1961. Furthermore, technically the rules for implementing land registration refer to the Regulation of the Minister of State for Agrarian Affairs/Head of BPN Number 3 of 1997 concerning Provisions for Implementing Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. Other regulations to strengthen the implementation of the People's Service Policy for Land Certification are Government Regulation Number 46 of 2002 concerning Tariffs for Types of Non-Tax State Revenue Applicable to the National Land Agency and Decree of the Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2008 concerning the Establishment of Implementers of Development and Development Activities. Monitoring Larasita Activities. This was then followed up by the Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2009 concerning Larasita of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia

Diabetes mellitus, an incessant metabolic disorder caused by increased blood glucose levels, has a rich and complex history spanning paradise. The first famous reference to diabetes dates back to ancient Egypt, where the condition was defined in healing texts around 1500 BCE. However, it was not just before the 19th century that important progress had been made in understanding and directing diabetes. In 1889, two German physicians, Joseph von Mering, and Oskar Minkowski, fashioned an important finding by professing that the removal of organ meat in dogs caused diabetes-like manifestations. This led to the identification of organ meat as an insulin source. In 1921, a Canadian group led by Frederick Banting and Charles Best released insulin, a birth control method that is critical for regulating glucose levels.
