The current study aimed to investigate Nursing students’ perception towards critical thinking process of knowledge and skills at KAU. The study followed A quantitative descriptive design and was carried out at the faculty of nursing students ayliated to King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudia Arabia. All second nursing students (n=75) who studied at nursing college and willing to participate in the study. Data Gathering tool was nursing students’ perception towards critical thinking process which was developed by the researchers from literature review. It consists of three main parts of nursing students’ perception. This study found that majority of students perceived critical thinking Process based on evidence while few of them do not know the definition of critical thinking . 摘要
