摘要

传统的绝缘子清洗方法是手工清洗,风险高,劳动强度大,效率低。另外,手工清洗绝缘子对供电也有影响。针对上述问题,设计了一种清洁绝缘子的机器人,使清洁工作更加一致和可靠,并可在345kV火线最高电压等级下运行。本文给出了机械结构和控制系统。最后,我们进行了大量的实验,反复调整机器人的参数,以确保机器人能够在最佳状态下工作。
