The link order is determined firstly by the breadth-first search and the feasible paths are calculated subsequently by decomposition and fusion based on the link order. Then, the shortest path set that meets the demand for multi-constraints is selected. The disjoint state of the shortest path set is simplified by improving the ordered binary decision diagram operations. Finally, according to the simplified disjoint set of network status, the reliability index under multi-constraints can be obtained.
