A new phasor extracting method named fast phasor extracting algorithm is introduced to extract the power frequency component during the transient period. 摘要

并联线路上的零序互感定向保护会因零序互感产生误动作。通过对故障等效电路的分析,建立了内部故障的电感模型,并根据模型识别理论定义了模型误差函数。对于内部故障,模型误差较小,而对于外部故障,模型误差较大且振荡。为了解决暂态波形中高频分量对所提方法设定的阈值造成的影响,本文采用工频分量作为模型误差函数。提出了一种新的相量提取方法——快速相量提取算法,用于提取暂态期间的工频分量。EMTP仿真结果证明了改进后的零序定向元件的高质量和提高故障排除速度的有效性。
