摘要

本文论述了捷克共和国摩拉维亚-西里西亚地区产品的感知质量。研究的重点是找出消费者认为什么是优质产品,以及优质产品的特点。数据采用问卷调查法获取,采用IBM SPSS软件进行分析。根据性别、年龄、受教育程度和收入等人口统计因素,从数千名受访者中选出719名MS地区的代表性样本。研究分析表明,MS地区的消费者仍然以价格为导向,对质量的偏好高于价格的偏好并不取决于地区品牌知识。
