Printed circuit antennas and fet detectors for millimeter-wave imaging
Planar twin-dipole microstrip antennas with FET detectors have been constructed and found to provide antenna patterns suitable for millimeter-wave quasioptical applications. The circuits are suitable as individual elements of an imaging array.
