摘要

由于目前天津铁路枢纽既不能分担北京枢纽的压力,也不能支撑天津“两城格局”(即中心城区和滨海新区)的发展,提升天津枢纽的功能已成为京津冀城市群发展的迫切要求。首先,从国家层面、区域层面和天津“双城”层面分析了天津枢纽的发展现状。其次,从建设世界级城市群和优化天津城市空间布局的角度,分析了天津客运枢纽优化的要求。最后,从国家枢纽和区域枢纽两个方面提出了天津铁路枢纽功能优化的总体思路,研究了国家铁路枢纽和区域铁路枢纽的改进策略,并对天津滨海国际机场的空铁联运提出了建议。
