本文考虑了ukrsat - bss - 38,2 - g -1和EUTELSAT B-36E卫星网络的协调问题,计算了ukrsat - bss - 38,2 - g -1系统的干扰对EUTELSAT B-36E卫星系统等效噪声温度的增加,分析了网络间调度实现的机制,提出了一些实用建议。
