The corporate character in innovation plays an important role, and understanding the inherent relationship between organizational character and innovation can help enterprises achieve their performance. Therefore, this paper takes 185 listed companies of 2014–2016 years of high-tech industry as the sample, and studies the relationship between characteristic portfolios and innovation exploratory using financial and governance data, and meanwhile verifies that organizations can cultivate its own character traits from four aspects: organizational orientation, sound consciousness, internal decision-making and external perception. 摘要

当前,创新已经成为社会变革的基本引擎,它不仅直接影响着物质生产的过程和结果,也间接影响着员工的价值观、行为准则和生存,而后者更涉及到企业的性格。企业性格在创新中起着重要的作用,理解组织性格与创新的内在关系有助于企业实现绩效。因此,本文以2014-2016年185家高新技术产业上市公司为样本,利用财务和治理数据研究特征组合与创新探索之间的关系,同时验证组织可以从组织导向、健全意识、内部决策和外部感知四个方面培养自身的性格特质。企业可以利用各要素有效组合的特点,寻求整体的创新升级,从而建立可持续的竞争优势。
