It covers the description of the subject area and its hierarchical scheme, the creation of production rules based on the knowledge of the experts, the creation of a weighted fuzzy Petri nets model with different triples, and the following analysis of the results. In order to illustrate the obtained results, a simulation was used in special software - PNeS®.
