A mixed integer linear programming model is established to determine the energy system combination, develop running strategy and build the energy transmission network. Compared with nonlinear model, under the premise that various factors are considered, the difficulty of solving the programming problem is reduced in this paper. Finally, this paper solves the model with actual data.
