摘要
一个多入多出(MIMO), 5 GHz射频收发器的无线高清电视分配构建了0.18 μ m CMOS技术。收发器采用直上式发射机和低中频接收机结构。采用双正交直接上变频混频器,无需任何片上校准即可实现35 dB以上的图像抑制。测量结果显示,在-5 dBm输出功率下,接收机典型噪声系数为6 dB,发射机EVM优于33 dB。
