摘要
本研究旨在建立一个利用乡村资金进行废物管理的模型，使用成本分担方法，即在巴东帕里亚曼县APBD和乡村基金之间分配资金，作为APBN的转移。本研究的调查方法和数据收集文献采用村基金文件、区APBN基金，受访者被要求提供他们对村基金在废物管理中的管理的回应。编制利用作业成本法(activity based costing, ABC)计算废物管理活动的概念，将废物管理融资通过村基金融资进行划分，建立了鹿buk Alung街道的废物管理融资模型，对研究模型中的假设关系进行分析;
