The authors developed a model of a power supply system and researched the quality of electricity in the electrical complex of the TM. Some regularities were found in the impact of frequency converters on the quality of electric power when filter-compensating devices (FCD) are used. Besides, frequency converters have a mutual influence on the total coefficient of harmonic voltage components in each block of electric motors. 摘要

本文综述了某隧道掘进机盾构转子传动升级供电系统中,用行星齿轮变频驱动取代液压泵电动机软启动系统,以保证电力质量所涉及的问题。作者建立了一个供电系统模型,研究了TM电复合体的电能质量。采用滤波补偿装置时,发现变频器对电能质量的影响有一定规律。此外,变频器对电机各块谐波电压分量的总系数有相互影响。作者建议考虑潜在的谐振过程,如果在机器升级过程中引入fcd,则执行电力驱动控制系统所需的设置。
