This system is based on Ionic App for the application development and Firebase database to store the real-time data. The entire system is controlled by the Ionic App and can be accessed using a smartphone by downloading the APK file. The reason behind this project is from the observation, a lot of time was consumed during queuing at the Health Clinic while waiting for their turn. Some of the Health clinics still using the manual ticketing queuing system. This results in a long waiting time and overcrowds the small waiting area.
