摘要

本研究旨在研究教育背景、教学经历、培训(教育与培训)、设施对教师的激励作用,了解其教育背景、教学经历、培训(培训)、设施与基础、教师对教师职业化的激励作用,了解其教育背景、教学经历、培训(培训)、以及通过帕帕雷市的社会科学教师培养教师专业精神的基础设施。本研究属于定量研究,是一种相关性研究。对获得的数据进行两种统计分析,即描述性统计和推断性统计:数据正态性检验和假设检验。结果表明:(i)教学经验、培训(培训)和基础设施对家长城教师的动机有直接的显著影响;(ii)教育背景、教学经验、培训、设施和基础设施以及教师动机对家长城教师的专业精神有直接的影响;(iii)教育背景、教学经验、培训(培训);通过帕帕雷市的社会科学教师为教师专业化提供间接的基础设施
