摘要

师生互动是电子学习服务环境中最重要的元素之一,但许多学习管理系统采用通用的电子公告板系统作为问答系统,因此在支持师生互动方面存在许多局限性。本文通过分析韩国数字大学问答系统的使用情况,找出问题所在,提出了基于维基百科的问答系统的需求和特点,以实现师生之间的有效互动。通过提出的系统,我们期望教师和学习者持续参与问答活动,在电子学习服务环境中进行有效的互动。
