In this work, we reported a laser diode partially end-pumped Nd:YAG slab laser operation at 1319 nm. A stable plano-concave cavity was adopted. The maximum continuous output power of 24.33 W was obtained for the absorbed pump power of 222 W, exhibiting an optical conversion efficiency of 10.96% and a slope efficiency of 23.06%.
