Considered existing library applications and virtual labs to provide cloud-based learning environment educational physical experiment with atomic and nuclear physics in high school educational institution. Analyzed the feasibility of using physical experiment in the cloud-oriented learning environment and its impact on learning Foundation of atomic and nuclear physics. The program «The Big Bang Theory» was developed. The main conclusions and recommendations: the use of cloud-based learning environment during the study of atomic and nuclear physics is appropriate as improving teaching methodology of this branch of physics, diversifies the learning process, promotes interdisciplinary communication between physics and computer science, provides visibility and informative events, theories and processes.
