摘要

针对大宗交易规则的特点,整合需求侧竞价的多种实施机制,将大宗竞价机制扩展到需求侧,提出了包含需求侧参与的大宗竞价机制理论框架。基于电力池模式和分段竞价规则,电力买卖双方可以在双边分段竞价电力市场中进行电力交易。在此基础上,详细分析了双边区块竞价的实现方案,包括区块分类方法、竞价规则和市场出清算法等。该框架有利于需求方有效参与电力市场,加强电力供需关系,提高能源交易效率。
