摘要

目前,电动出行服务的商业模式已经成为一个核心问题。一个良好的商业模式应该能够保证电动出行服务的可持续发展,并有效促进电动汽车产业的快速发展。整个产业链的整体利益优化应该是商业模式设计的首要原则。提出了一套评价电动汽车全产业链整体效益的指标,并建立了实现评价的模型。在此基础上,对各类电动出行服务的优劣势进行了比较和识别。以电动汽车全产业链整体效益最大化为目标,结合国情,提出中国电动汽车服务的商业模式,为下一步中国电动汽车服务网络的建设和运营提供有效参考。
