摘要

尽管强调以病人为中心的护理和提高他们的质量,由于缺乏同情心,在精神科护理中已经看到了缺点。为提高精神科护理护理质量,开展和实施基于洛辛护理技术能力理论的在职教育十分重要。目的了解精神科护理管理者的认知和实践状况,为在职精神科护理教育提供资源。本研究于2022年8月在“A”精神病院采用“护理技术胜任力”(TCCNI-Repract)量表进行。采用描述性统计和Wilcoxon符号秩检验。共有11名护士长及助理护士长参与本研究。tccni - repractice的感知维度的平均值较高,而实践维度的平均值较低。结果表明,在tccni - repractice的26个项目中,有21个项目的感知维度显著高于实践维度。护理管理者对TCCN理论的认知水平较高;然而,许多实用项目得分较低。护士管理人员建议在TCCN理论的基础上制定当前的教育计划,以告知实践。
