摘要

在近交雌性C3H/St小鼠的饮用水中,同时给予2ppm砷亚砷酸盐和2ppm硒亚硒酸盐,比同时对照组和单独给予2ppm砷亚砷酸盐或单独给予2ppm硒亚硒酸盐的小鼠自发性乳腺腺癌的发生率显著增加,表明砷消除了硒的抗癌作用。亚砷酸盐可显著提高肿瘤生长速度,增加多发性肿瘤的发病率。As- se组的肿瘤生长速度也有所增加,但多发肿瘤的发生率低于2 ppm As组。
