The result of this study on link budget analysis shows that using its Ka-Band frequency plan as the proposed assigned frequency is suitable and feasible to be implemented in the near future of the HTS system for government multifunctional services over Indonesia. It is indicated by the positive value of C/N obtained from link budget analysis for each link of each scenario in this research. 摘要

作为世界上最大的群岛国家之一,卫星基础设施在向整个印度尼西亚提供通信服务方面发挥着至关重要的作用。考虑到地面基础设施网络分布不均匀,特别是在印度尼西亚的角落和偏远地区,高通量卫星(HTS)可能是最佳选择。本文采用所提出的ka波段频率方案,对高通量卫星的链路预算和容量分析进行了相关研究。本研究的目的是找出如果HTS在与印度尼西亚环境条件相关的拟议ka波段频率计划中运行,它可以提供多大的链路能力和容量。链路预算分析的研究结果表明,使用其ka波段频率计划作为提议的分配频率,在不久的将来适用于印度尼西亚政府多功能服务的HTS系统。通过本研究中各场景各链路的链路预算分析得出的C/N为正值来表示。除此之外,其HTS所能提供的通信容量分析的估计是巨大的,足以处理印度尼西亚的数据服务需求,根据环境条件38.41 - 93.54 Gbps。
