An analytic observational study with a cross sectional research design, it was conducted for two months, from August to October 2022. We involved 227 nurses working in 50 puskesmas in Jember Regency, East Java, Indonesia. 摘要

以护士的专业态度和行为为基础向社区提供保健服务,将增加公众的信任,减少诸如行为不当、缺乏技能、缺乏与患者的沟通以及对患者投诉反应迟钝等负面看法。本研究旨在探讨影响印尼卫生中心护士职业行为的决定因素。该研究是一项采用横断面研究设计的分析性观察研究,于2022年8月至10月进行了两个月。我们调查了在印度尼西亚东爪哇省Jember Regency的50个医院工作的227名护士。本研究有3个新发现,对研究结果的解释如下:(1)护士的专业行为受社会人口学因素、个体因素和心理因素的影响;(2)对护士专业行为产生主要影响的决定因素是个体因素;(3)个体因素通过护士胜任力和能力指标反映;护士的职业行为越好。护士职业行为受社会人口学因素、个体因素和心理因素的影响。
