Introduction: The coverage of the Covid-19 vaccination for the elderly in Indonesia is low, even though the elderly is a vulnerable group to the severity of Covid-19 infection and is the main focus for increasing their immunity. One of the efforts to increase interest, perception, and implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination in the elderly is by providing education through Javanese-language videos. This study aimed to determine the effect of educational videos with Javanese language on the perception, interest, and implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination in the elderly. Method: The research used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-post test. The population were 182 elderly. The samples of this research were 125 elderly who had not been vaccinated and selected using the cluster random sampling. This research was conducted in Karangdayu Village, Baureno District, Bojonegoro Regency from March to June 2023. The intervention was in the form of playing educational videos with Javanese language about Covid-19. The data were taken through a questionnaire, and then analyzed using the Wilcoxon and McNemar tests (α ≤0.05). Result: The results showed that there was an effect on changes in the perceptions and interests of the elderly in Karangdayu Village, Baureno District, Bojonegoro Regency after being given educational videos about Covid-19 vaccination (p=0.001). Educational videos are effective in increasing the perception and interest of the elderly for the Covid-19 vaccination, and statistically affecting the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination in the elderly. However, descriptively, providing educational videos in Javanese language has not been able to maximize the number of elderly people to administer the Covid-19 vaccine. It is necessary to study in more depth about the factors that affect the implementation of Covid-19 vaccinations in the elderly besides interests and perceptions.

Introductioin : Intradialytic complications are still being debated among health workers in the Hemodialysis Unit in Hospitals, many factors can cause patients to experience complications during dialysis. This study aims to identify the factors that contribute to the incidence of intradialytic complications in order to minimize the incidence of complications. Methode : This study used a research design in the form of analytic descriptive with cross-sectional. The sampling technique was a consecutive sampling of 120 patients. The chi-square statistical test aims to examine differences in proportions. If the results of the bivariate test have p < 0.25, then these variables can be included in the multivariate model using multiple logistic regression analysis. Result : Candidate selection results, Hb (0,014), Fluid Compliance (0,221), Venous Access (0,236), IDWG (0,023), and Comorbid (0,006) have a p value less than 0.25. In the multivariate test obtained Comorbid (0,007; OR:2.361 ), IDWG (0,049;OR:-1,894), and Hb (0,047;OR: 0,922), it can be concluded that these three factors have a significant influence on the occurrence of intradialytic complications. The proportion of intradialytic problems that can be described by 5 variables, namely venous access, comorbidities, IDWG, HB, and adherence, is 24%, with the remaining 18% explained by other factors. Conclusion : Comorbid, interdialytic weight gain, and hemoglobin goal accomplishment all have a significant role in the occurrence of intradialytic complication. The findings of this study can be utilized to raise awareness of intradialytic consequences. This vulnerable population need effective management to manage the problems they are experiencing.

Introduction: The aging process can impact the cardiovascular system in both structural and physiological ways, which can lead to atherosclerosis and an increased risk of coronary heart disease. While pharmacological interventions for CHD exist, they may come with unwanted side effects. As an alternative, many individuals turn to complementary medicine, including traditional herbal remedies. Among these remedies is a polyphenol-rich mixture (PRM) that has been shown to lower cholesterol levels and inhibit cholesterol absorption. Consequently, this study seeks to explore the efficacy of traditional herbal medicine containing PRM in reducing cholesterol levels in older adults with CHD. Methods: Design research uses quasi-experiment with two groups pre-test and post-test, the number of samples is 55 older adults with CHD, divided into 28 older adults consuming traditional herbal medicine and 27 older adults’ control. The researcher used an Accu-check to check the cholesterol level and analysed using a t-test. Results: The results showed that the decrease in mean cholesterol levels before and after the intervention period in the herbal medicine group (d = 50.50) was significantly greater than the mean score in the control group (d = -1.44) with p <.001. Conclusion: Older adults with coronary heart disease could benefit from traditional Jamu containing polyphenol-rich mixture by reducing cholesterol levels. This could be used as complementary medicine in nursing.

Introduction: Bullying becomes a subset of intentional aggressive behavior that occurs globally. It allows the invasion of negative experiences, triggering feelings of discouragement, hopelessness, desperation, and insecurity, leaving the victims in powerless and indefensible circumstances toward the vicious bullying attacks. Thus here, we ought to investigate the influence of support group therapy on resilience among bullying victims in an Islamic boarding school setting. Method: This was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-posttest design with the control group. A total of 64 eligible participants that selected by the purposive sampling technique then equally distributed into the experimental and control groups. This research was conducted from May to June 2023 at Islamic Boarding School. Data were collected using the Resilience Scale Questionnaire which consists of 25 question items with answer choices using a Likert scale. Result: The results showed that the difference in resilience before and after the intervention in the control group showed a p value of 0.080, while in the treatment group the difference in resilience showed a p value of 0.000 before and after the intervention. The difference in the resilience scores of the control and treatment by the Wilcoxon test showed the p-value of 0.000, these results show that the significant effect of support group therapy on bullying victims’ resiliency. Conclusion: Support group therapy conclusively concentrates on providing adequate support and reinforcement to the bullying victims, cultivating empathy to restore their confidence and resiliency. Furthermore, this therapy can be implemented in mental health and community nursing settings as an alternative therapy. Keywords: Bullying, Resilience, Support Group Therapy
