Many words has been told about Bologna process and individual steps for each university to follow those recommendations. Presentation deals with identifying not only key requirements in changing European higher education area but also recognizing several opportunities for Central European universities and colleges how to compete (and win) with other ones. One can recognize advantages and disadvantages of adopting Bologna principles but we will analyze not only DS or ECTS Label but also key benefits for students, teachers, university management and industry. Presentation is oriented to understanding key principles, management role in current and changing Europe and at last - but not least - also to role of modern ICT in that process. The classical question sounds - can university IS/ICT supports or blocks that process? Is it simplification or complication? Who will take the gain and who the pain?
