By summarizing the relevant literature on the risk assessment of power system at home and abroad, the existing literature on the risk assessment of power system in bad weather is more, but the research on the risk assessment of transmission line trip under typhoon disaster is less. 摘要

世界各地的电力系统正遭受着风灾的折磨,许多沿海城市正遭受着严重的台风。台风引起的输电线路跳闸故障频繁发生,因此对台风灾害下输电线路的风险评估显得越来越重要。本文总结了世界上一些典型的台风案例,总结了造成输电线路跳闸的主要原因,包括风偏、浮子、塔损、断线、雷击等。针对造成行程的原因,介绍了蒙特卡罗方法、模糊数学模型、机器学习算法、概率模型、调节方法和改进的电几何模型。将该模型等应用于输电线路跳闸风险评估方法和模型中,提出了台风灾害下输电线路故障的预防措施。通过总结国内外电力系统风险评估的相关文献,现有的关于恶劣天气下电力系统风险评估的文献较多,而对台风灾害下输电线路跳闸风险评估的研究较少。最后,展望了台风灾害下输电线路跳闸风险评估的发展前景。
