摘要

提出了一种基于双变形镜电压解耦的自适应光学系统控制算法。该方法包括两个DM,其中一个DM具有大行程,另一个DM具有高空间频率。提出了DM电压解耦的理论模型,设计了采用惯性元件的控制系统,并对控制算法的性能进行了分析。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法能有效地同时校正自适应光学系统中存在的大规模低阶像差和高空间频率像差,提高了AO控制系统的性能。
