Լեզվի հարցը միջազգային բանակցություններում/Language Issue in International Negotiations
This article discusses the status of international language and the issue of having a
language of permanent international language at international negotiations.
No single language has ever been explicitly recognized as an international language. In essence, the issue of using a particular language has been practically resolved by the consent of the parties.
The use of French in international negotiations was also related to military-political,
socio-economic and linguistic-cultural factors of the period rather than with its military
victories.
Thus, we can conclude that no language has ever existed and can not have a permanent resident of the international language and its use by the negotiating parties will always be based on the above-mentioned factors.
