The five pillars that serve as the guiding principles of Kopdit SBM's management are education, self-reliance, solidarity, innovation, and unity in diversity. This research method is qualitative and employs data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that: (1) Kopdit SBM has implemented the education pillar through basic education, periodic education, and specialized education for members' business development. (2) The self-reliance pillar is fostered by empowering members' businesses. (3) The solidarity pillar is achieved through regular savings, wise lending, and timely repayment. (4) The innovation pillar is fostered through the use of mobile applications and spin-off actions. (5) The unity in diversity pillar is achieved through an open, democratic, and non-discriminatory management system.
