Cuttings were taken in the month of February from coratina plant and dipped for 10 seconds in the required IBA solutions. The highest survival percentage, shoot formation, number of roots formation was maximum in 4g/L treated hardwood cuttings. The maximum numbers of branches were observed in hardwood cuttings as compared to softwood cuttings. 摘要

研究了不同浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA)在4g/L和0.12/31.2 ml浓度下对油橄榄硬木和半硬木扦插的影响。2月份从coratina植物上取下扦插,在所需的IBA溶液中浸泡10秒。4g/L处理的硬木插条成活率、新梢形成率、根形成数最高。与软木扦插相比,硬木扦插的枝数最多。综上所述,用4g/L IBA溶液处理两种类型的橄榄扦插繁殖效果最好。
