摘要

提出了一种基于对象链接和嵌入式(OLE)的数控系统过程控制(OPC)自动化接口的在线刀具状态监测系统(TCMS)。所开发的TCMS能够实时自动采集、显示和分析机床面板控制单元(PCU)输出的主轴功率信号。采用统计学方法计算自适应阈值,对刀具状态进行远程监控和自动判断。通过实验验证了所开发系统的准确性和实用性。
