The deep integration of cognitive diagnosis and education provides an effective measurement and assessment method for personalized teaching. Based on the theory of cognitive diagnosis and test data, this paper makes a different analysis of students’ cognitive status. The study found that the cognitive diagnosis identified each student’s attribute mastery pattern, and students who had the same score did not mean they had the same mastery pattern.
