Data collection was done by interviews and direct observation of ongoing business processes which then described qualitatively in flowchart and narrative. Based on analysis of the current system, shows that the systems and procedures for filing and accountability ongoing “imprest” has not been effective and still has several problems. System analysis model is described using an object-oriented approach with UML diagrams are represented by use case diagram while the phases of system development using the waterfall model in the SDLC.
