Among many, the DeLone MacLean information success (IS) success model is the most widely used in the assessment of e-learning systems’ success evaluation. The aim of this research was to study the effectiveness of the platforms used in e-learning at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. In this study, we used the D&M IS Success Model to examine whether e-learning can be a successful transmitter of knowledge. Our intention was to assess the success of e-learning by the D&M IS Success Model, define the impact of current e-learning practice on individuals, and identify the factors that affect the quality. The survey covered 685 undergraduate and graduate students of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Results demonstrated that high-quality systems and information upsurge the individual impact. In addition, increased and continuous usage of e-learning systems plays a mediating role between system quality and individual impact. 摘要

电子学习被认为是一种重要的教育方法,正在使用各种模型和方法来测试其实施和成就。其中,DeLone MacLean信息成功模型(information success model, IS)在电子学习系统成功评估中应用最为广泛。本研究的目的是研究在蒙古科技大学使用的电子学习平台的有效性。在本研究中,我们使用D&M IS成功模型来检验电子学习是否可以成为一个成功的知识传递者。我们的目的是通过D&M IS成功模型来评估电子学习的成功,定义当前电子学习实践对个人的影响,并确定影响质量的因素。调查对象为蒙古科技大学685名本科生和研究生。结果表明,高质量的系统和信息热潮对个体的影响。此外,增加和持续使用电子学习系统在系统质量和个人影响之间起中介作用。为了确保电子学习系统的持续使用和有效性,应特别注意服务质量、系统的简单性和灵活性以及客户满意度等因素。
