The non-convex, non-continuous cost functions caused by VPE, POZs, and MFO are piecewise linearized and solved by a MIQP. The effects of VPE, POZs, and MFO on the computation efficiency are analyzed. It shown that the VPE has much larger impact on the computation efficiency than POZs and MFO.
