本研究的题目是“巴厘岛吉安雅丽源乌布旅游度假区某小型酒店前厅部员工英语言语的言语行为类型的使用”,研究的一个问题是前厅部员工在与酒店客人交流时英语言语的言语行为类型的使用。用于分析数据的理论是语用理论,即Searle(1969)和Wijana(2015)提出的言语行为类型理论。对巴厘岛吉安雅乌布旅游度假区某小型酒店前厅工作人员英语言语使用言语行为类型的研究发现,Searle(1969)和Wijana(2015)提出的10种言语行为是:(1)言用行为,(2)言用行为,(3)言用行为,(4)断言行为,(5)改良行为,(6)实用行为,(7)表达行为,(8)指示行为,(9)委托行为,(10)实用行为,这些行为在前厅工作人员举报人的英语言语中都有使用,尽管这些使用并不是在每次言语事件中都有使用。
