摘要

供应链管理在制造业管理中已得到普遍应用。它已经成为一种新的管理模式。供应商作为制造资源的来源,其绩效直接影响到整个供应链。因此,供应商选择已成为供应链管理的核心环节之一。本文正是基于上述背景展开的,并基于AHP-FUZZY方法对供应商选择进行了研究,通过定量计算提高了供应商选择的科学性和客观性,同时也为进一步改进供应商选择提供了理论依据。

Supply chain management has been commonly implemented in manufacturing management. It has become a new management model.
